Your A-Z Check List! To help you get set for the big weekend, below is a list of items that you want to make sure you have!

Good shoes and a proper fit! If you can rotate two pair, all the better!

Socks! Who needs blisters? Make sure you have a clean pair for each leg.

Shorts…three pairs as well…believe me, you’ll thank us for it and so will your teammates.

Ditto for your top layer.

Reflective vest or Xinglet. Get your own, unless you really like getting sloppy seconds.

Headlamp or flashlight. Don’t you want to be able to see the face of the road kill that you pass?

The Stick…to work out those sore muscles.

Body Glide, oh so smooth.

Blist –O-Ban to prevent blisters

Sunscreen…Dave’s personal favorite is in the store. Bald knows best!

Hat or Visor

Extra pair of laces…just in case.

Sunglasses from Native

Stop Watch or Digital Watch. You have to make sure your teammates are holding their own.

Energy Gels so you don’t bonk!

Energy Bars. They’re filling, but not too filling.

Sharkies, cause they’re good.

Hydration Belts to help make sure you stay hydrated.

Hydration Drinks to keep your electrolyte levels up!

Air Freshener…duh?

Emergency medical kit, just in case you get a boo boo

Camera to document all of the good times and the bad. Not to mention, your blackmail opportunities!

Smart ID shoe tag

Flashing L.E.D. light for the back side.

Light hat/beanie and gloves for the cold nights and early mornings.
