What is the Fit Right Northwest Loyalty Program?
The Fit Right Northwest Loyalty program is our way of saying “thank you” to all of our customers for your steadfast support for our stores. We at Fit Right Northwest enjoy working with each and every customer. This program is our way of thanking you for choosing us for all of your walking & running equipment needs.
How does this program work?
When you shop at Fit Right Northwest you earn points. For every dollar spent you earn one point. We will reward you each time you surpass 500 points earned with a $25.00 store credit. This will be a revolving policy in our stores.
To Summarize:
Earn over 500 points = $25.00 in Store Credit

Earn over 1,000 points = $25.00 in Store Credit

Earn over 1,500 points = $25.00 in Store Credit

Earn over 2,000 points = $25.00 in Store Credit

Earn over 2,500 points = $25.00 in Store Credit

This process just continues as long you choose Fit Right for your running & walking needs.
How do I sign up?
Do you shop at both the Portland and Vancouver store locations? You can sign up at either location and we’ll be able to track your purchases from either store. The way you sign up is easy, all you need to do is next time you visit us, tell us that you want to be a part of our loyalty program and we will collect your personal information (don’t worry, we only want the information that you feel comfortable giving us, which is all confidential and won’t be sold). Next, you will receive a bar coded key tag entitle “Fit Right Northwest Rewards,” This is your account number. If you don’t want a key tag, no worries, we can keep track of your account by using your first and last name Now, each time you shop at our stores, simply let us scan your key tag or look your name up and presto, your account information pops up on the screen. “What if I forgot my key tag at home?”
Does this cost me anything?
Nope! Simply just stop in either store location and sign up.

Well, if you provide us with your email, our customer service representative will also follow up with you within ~30 days of your purchase to make sure that the product is working out well for you. Who else does that? No one we know. This is just another way for us to show you that we care about our customers and will do everything possible to make sure that you are satisfied. |
